Interview
The interview process was an online group interview and was very simple and straightforward. We were placed in a virtual waiting room before the interview began and then each person was asked a series of questions. Then they put each of us in a separate “break out” room where they notified us whether we were hired or not.

Throw WhatsApp but very professional and respectful and very polite but not convenient work hours and conditions for me and we didn't agree on the working location as they don't provide transportation

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my interview experience, as I believe it may help improve the process for future candidates. Two interviews: one with HR and one English test. A very positive experience: there were no trick questions, rather a constructive and transparent exchange.

Soft skills interview and speed typing test it was friendly overall and no pressure they asked me to introduce myself in English and asked about my previous experience, asked about the hard cases I had and how I managed to help the angry customers .
