I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Oxford, MS) in Jan 2022
Interview
The hiring process in total took less than a week. I applied on last Wednesday, got picked for an interview Friday, had the interview today which is Tuesday and got an offer. You will be asked to join an adobe connect room. I suggest downloading the adobe connect app beforehand because Adobe kind of lags in the browser. It was a group interview. It was myself and 2 others. We waited a few minutes and our interviewer introduced herself and went over some details about the job. She asked each of us 3 questions I will include on the other section. Very easy, typical interview. After that she placed us in a breakout room and had one on ones with each of us. She just asked about job experience, flexibility with schedule, etc. we were all put back into the breakout room and were told that she wanted to extend an offer to all of us. After that, she went over details about training. Very informative. She also asked us about what kind of shift we wanted, like 8x5 or 10x4. Very chill interview. The interviewer was super nice. It did last about an hour but it was very informative.
How would you handle a customer that called in stating that their phone would not turn on and the customer thinks they know more than you about the phone?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2019
Interview
Told you about the company and what you will be doing if hired. Asked a couple of questions about my last work experience and how I got along with management and other employees. Made sure that I was able to complete training time. I missed the deadline to choose what time I wanted to work so they gave me a time instead and asked if I could still work. They needed people badly, after I said yes they hired me on the spot. Pretty easy interview.
