Some months ago I scheduled an interview twice and they never showed up for the time scheduled. Recently had a phone interview, which appeared to go well. I typically do well on these. I am given the impression I will definitely hear from them in a few days. A week later I get an email inviting me for a phone interview, then several hours later, I get a rejection saying I was not selected? $9.50 hr, and extremely high expectations but cannot keep appointments straight. I think I had a part time weekend position and stated I could work mornings/early afternoon for them. I think that was the key, they want you to be available 24/7 to their company only and sign a non compete. Phone interview otherwise was typical, no hard questions.
