Immediately after submitting my CV on a company career site, I received an e-mail from HR to follow a link to 2 chatAssess tests: one was for knowledge of the English language and the other was for Contact Centre Agent even though I applied for a Bid Manager position. I had to finish those tests in one go within the following 24 hours. It was explained in the e-mail that CVs are not taken into consideration and that tests will contain tasks and require skills that I will be expected to do within the job position and test results will demonstrate my true knowledge and skills. However, replying to a customer´s uncertainty about a product she has bought and similar tasks were never part of Bid Manager duties in my 10-year career as a Bid Manager in several companies.
