It consisted of two interviews. Once you passed the first interview you moved to the second. Before the first interview you have to complete an assessment that you must pass in order to move on. The questions were your average what would you do questions there was nothing really hard especially if you have done customer service before.

Interview
Once you do the online assessment and pass they will have you schedule a phone interview.
You go online to schedule and you get to choose the time and interviewer you want (they had a choice between a male and female interviewer)
The interview process was fairly easy, just get in a chat room, then on the phone, then another chat room. They email you the paperwork and you fill it out and submit. Very easy, very fast and very friendly.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide in Apr 2018
Interview
They do have an extensive process. Upon application you are invited to a link to answer some questions this would be considered your 1st interview. Questions are about Apple and Microsoft. If you passed that you get moved onto 2nd interview which you will receive an email for. That is a bunch of scenario questions..."How would you?" They are all type in answers. They then review your answers and will move forward accordingly. It took about 2 days for me to get that email for the 3rd interview which is considered group. Dont worry its private. You log into the link they provide which I do recommended doing it the 5 min prior to time bc I had to install an adobe add on before I could get it and they will not allow you to be late. From there you wait your turn for a phone call. My wait was 30 min and that interview was 15 min long. I will provide some questions from that interview Everything was basically yes or no, almost beware there is a question that they want you to go on their website and find. Unfortunately I was so nervous for my interview I could hardly remember what she told me to look for and that was the only question I couldn't answer I hope that doesn't hinder me from getting that job.
