I applied in-person. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Mandurriao) in Jan 2024
Interview
It's easy but quite tricky. You can easily answer the questions given with a little bit of exaggeration to pass, They do not accept students unfortunately. Their hiring process is very much time consuming. Example, you are queued for the interview in the morning, you are most likely to be interviewed past office hours.
Throw WhatsApp but very professional and respectful and very polite but not convenient work hours and conditions for me and we didn't agree on the working location as they don't provide transportation
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1- Are you flexible working night and overnight shifts from office?
2- When are you ready to start?

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Tunis) in Apr 2026
Interview
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my interview experience, as I believe it may help improve the process for future candidates. Two interviews: one with HR and one English test. A very positive experience: there were no trick questions, rather a constructive and transparent exchange.
I interviewed at Transcom WorldWide (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)
Interview
Soft skills interview and speed typing test it was friendly overall and no pressure they asked me to introduce myself in English and asked about my previous experience, asked about the hard cases I had and how I managed to help the angry customers .
