Was fairly simple with the basic questions being asked: Why should we hire you? Why do you want to work for Transcom? etc. Be prepared with your resume nearby, they like to refer to it a LOT.

Tell us about a time YOU failed a customer and what did you do to prevent it from happening again.
It was good. I got the job and have been working here for several months. A good experience so far. Customer service industry is not always easy but work from home has made it easier. Thank you
