Interview
Very quick phone screening followed by 30 minute phone interview and two hour in person interview all within 2 weeks of applying. The hiring manager was great about quick responses but the recruiter was terrible. I had to email multiple times every few weeks to check for an update on the job and only ever got a weak "It may be another week before we know anything" response. I emailed a week later and got an out of office response. If she knew she was going on vacation for 2+ weeks she could have mentioned something or gave me another person to get ahold of.
