Easy 3 step interview. Managers, desk sit, and director. STAR questions, just be prepared for behavior questions.
Be confident and know the job and you will be okay. Three steps may not be at the same time.
The interview process was seamless. After applying they will have you take a short online assessment. If you do well you will be contacted for an initial phone interview where you be asked basic questions. You will then move on to two additional interviews which are conducted over Microsoft Teams. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely helpful, and appeared enthusiastic about Travelers.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the questions. They are basic, situational questions. My advise is to follow the STAR method.

Interview
It took 2-3 months and there were about 4 interviews some of which were pointless. They asked way too many situational questions. Some of the questions did not apply to the specific role they were more of broad general questions about how you would handle different situations.
