Interview
First step was phone interview. Second step was a skills test. Third step was inteview with two supervisors. Fourth step was interview with Director. It took two months from the initial phone interview to the offer.

Question 1
How agressive do you feel you can be when you disagree with a policy your supervisors have set forth?
Tell me about a time when you drank too much on a work night and had to go into work the next day. Did you go in? Did you cal in sick? If you called in sick, were you honest with your employer? If you did go into work, did your work suffer?
I had 2 interviews. First was an interview with 2 unit managers and the last interview was with the VP of the department. They asked the basic questions asking for prior work experience and they asked scenario based questions.

Interview
The interview process was good. I initially spoke to an HR rep out of state, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of their leadership team in the Alpharetta office, followed by a meeting with a VP the next week. About a month after that I was accepted for the job.

Interview
Usually 2 rounds with hiring managers and claim director and then a peer interview after the initial screening call. Application is on Workday which can be obnoxious. It can take up to a month to receive an offer.
