There were two rounds. First was simple and hosted by a current FMLDP Participant. Second was 5 interviews back to back followed by lunch with a current FMLDP Participant. I spoke to Senior Leaders & HR reps. It was intimidating but they were so nice!

Took a few weeks. Interview was at my university, got decision after 2 weeks. Interviewer was very polite and questions were basic behavioral and personality questions. No curveballs. They focused on leadership and working in teams.
