Interview
Very detailed and structured. It didn't feel as though they were familiar with my resume and/or job history. The conversation was easy and friendly but found some silence during the process. Appeared there were not all details given for the job position and maybe not enough questions asked - seemed a little off point at times. It was nice to have a phone interview first but the wait time and response from the company was a little disappointing and time consuming.

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

Interview
I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
