Started by attending in-house job fair. Completed application, set up phone interview to take place about a week later. In person interview scheduled a week later at end of phone screen. I was contacted the next day with job offer and started background process/drug screen. Background check completed within 3 days and received a call from HR to confirm and wanted to be certain I would able to start on specified date.

Nice and short. They asked only relevant questions. The interview was in three stages. Then they said they’d get back to me. Was a little nervous at first but the interviewer made is pretty easy.
