Interview
They were super chill and they were mainly looking out for people with an entrepreneurial mindset. they focused on how I would run a business and my previous project experiences. having excel skills, especially the use of formulas is super helpful
There were two rounds, totaling three hours. Mostly behavioral, some technical questions. Very Friendly interviewers. Great process with clear communication and smooth timelines. Interviews were with current and alumni program participants.

Interview
First round 30 minute screening, second round 2 hours, 3 interviewers. Not super hard by any means but so many behavioral questions and sometimes niche behavioral questions that got to a point where it is difficult for an undergrad with limited experience to answer. Interviewers were friendly however and took the stress off.

Overall pretty formal 2 stage interview process, initial application, first 30 minute interview, second 2h interview, phone call whether or not you got it. The second one is usually with 2-3 different people 30-45 minutes each.
