Interview
Gave a recruiter my resume at a career fair. Received call from recruiter a few weeks saying they wanted to conduct a phone interview. Interview ran on for approximately 25 minutes. Did not receive call back after interview.
Overall not too hard and straightforward. Behavioral first-round with general questions, and three one-on-ones meetings for second round interview. Be prepared to talk about Travelers, and aim for STAR interview responses.

Very behavioral. Just wants to see how you handle certain environments and asks for examples. Make sure to use the situation, task, action, and result method. Not looking for too much experience, as it is an internship after all
