The same week after the application I got an email from a recruiter and had a phone screening. After a month after the application, I got another email and was scheduled for 2 one-hour-long video interviews in a row the same week. The first was with 2 developers, and the second was with 2 managers. Both interviews were normal, as it should be. Some technical questions about how JavaScript works, but mostly about my current role, responsibilities, technologies I use, and how I handle specific processes like code reviewing, testing, and deploying. The interview with managers was behavioral, so be prepared to answer questions in detail and provide examples. After a month from the last interview, I received a "Thank you" email. So if you wait for 2 weeks without any answer, it means you're rejected. Overall, the experience was positive
