The interview process was very fair. Recruiters and hiring managers ask about technical skills, behavior in certain situations and soft skills. I felt the team was clear in their expectations for the role and had my best interests in mind.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Whats a time you showed leadership?
How can you contribute to this program?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2016
Interview
It was pretty easy. They came to my campus for first round. I was then invited to interview at their headquarters in Hartford, CT. It was three 30 minute interviews with managers from the program. At first impression, the managers were somewhat boring, and it made me nervous about continuing on with the program. But the last interviewer made me really interested in the program, and ultimately led me to accepting their offer. From what I remember, the questions were mostly behavioral, with some questions about data and what I knew about business intelligence.
