First a phone interview with basic background and work questions, then second interview is a 3 hour skills assessment; 6 different tests which consists of math, memorization, analytical skills, writting and comprehension. All tests are timed and difficult to fully complete. Third interiew is 2 person interview with hiring managers about half an hour. Then I was interviewed by the deparment head for a about half an hour. What a waste of time, 4 interviews for a measley entry level $30,000 job.
