Was asked all the typical questions but they do grill you. "Can you give me an example of a time when..." right off the bat. They are looking for people that want to grow with the company and can fit in to their culture. Had three interviews including meeting with the President.

The President seemed more interested in boasting about him and his company instead of getting to know me better. Red flag for me.
