Had one initial HR screening and moved to panel interviews. There were 4 total panels interviews with almost identical questions. I’m not sure why it wasn’t just a group interview to save candidates time. Overall the questions asked didn’t make sense for the role, i.e. examples of management success when on my resume I had no manager experience and the role was IC. They asked me about my professional network for an internal support role. Not necessarily bad but if they are sent a list of questions to ask, maybe review how helpful they can be. I was told a specific reach out date to know if I moved forward and had a pressing question. I never heard back from the recruiter and reading other reviews, it seems company policy is to ghost after committing to hours of interviews.
