TreeHouse Foods interview questions

The HR person reached out to me for a screening phone interview. A date and time was set up. When the appointed time arrived no phone call. I waited 30 mins and then sent an email asking if they wish to reschedule. No reply just ghosted

It was the worst recruiting process in my life and hope no ones ever goes through that kind of disrespect ever again. The managers were not prepared and I had to go back and forth and no one would just say they didn't want a black manager.
