First interview was a screening call with the recruiter. Second interview with the hiring manager. Third interview with 2 Trek team members. This was all done via Teams. Overall very easy interview questions, the team seemed nice, many of them said how much they enjoyed working there. After 3rd interview, I heard nothing from the recruiter as to the next steps - there was no follow-up from them. I emailed the recruiter twice and still have no idea what's going on about the job or if the job is still open. Really bad follow-up on Trek's part and overall poor candidate experience.
