I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trek Bicycle (Ontario, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
Pretty standard interview, nothing special. Asked basic questions about my work habits, ethic and expertise. Manager kept checking emails while asking me questions, no notes were taken during the interview. It seemed as though the only thing he wanted to know was if I was in shape enough to do the job and if I would be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Kind of s joke but I got the job
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Trek Bicycle (Ontario, OR) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was lead to believe I was for the most part hired I was not told that in the second interview there was going to be a written test to determine my skills. I was mislead because they said if you agreed with the scheduling please accept the second interview offer. Trek can afford to do a pre-screen hire test and evaluation they can afford to have it professionally scored as well then they can determine on their own if you qualify to be offered a position or not.
