I had two virtual interviews with Trek. The first was with a very friendly recruiter who asked me some simple questions regarding why I was interested in the position. Then I had my second virtual interview with the hiring manager. The interview was productive, and I enjoyed learning more about the company. I didn't want to get my hopes up, but I was very excited about the potential of joining their team and I had spent many hours preparing for my interviews. I emailed a thank you letter after my interview and never heard back. One week later I got an automated email saying they were pursuing other candidates.
