Initially e-mailed by HR after I applied for an Analyst position several months prior, had a phone call with HR rep, then a phone call with an executive director a few hours later. I had to sign a bunch of forms for a background check, and started about two weeks after initial contact.

I got a phone call from HR first.I got one interview on site. The Hr asked something about my resume and then several behavioral questions. The whole interview is not that difficult but still need some preparation. You will be asked some SOAR questions for sure. I received my offer letter within a week after interview.
