Interview
The interview process was what the company called a "power day" where I interviewed with four different employees of company. The employees ranged from recent analysts/consultants to an attorney and a partner. The interview had a script for each interviewer to follow - describe your financial experience, your background, when you've had to deal with a client, etc.

Asked to go over my background and provide information on how I would fit in with the firm. Their process is still amorphous so the procedures may change. Really interested in transferable skills so I would try to get coffee with someone who is currently at the firm to get an idea of what they are looking for.
