First had a phone call with a recruiter telling me a bit about Tremco and later telling me that I had a phone interview with the head recruiter. The interview was pretty easy and straightforward ( I think they preferred people with previous construction experience and ideally had a technical background). The only real interview question was what I knew about Tremco and if I knew the CEO.
