Applied via LinkedIn and was messaged afterwards by the internal recruiter in charge of the role. The interview itself felt strange, and at the end the recruiter asked me to make sure that if I get another offer to let her know. I followed up on the role and was ghosted, which was unexpected given the tone of the interview.

She was asking about the place that I came from, to get a sense of the area in which I was raised.
Average interview with sales manager. Good experience overall but unfortunately no offer was presented and I had to move on. Seems like a good company with plenty of opportunity for advancement.
