Phone interview, in person interview with the same person, interviewed with someone the same level as me, interviewed with a manager, interviewed with the person that would be my manager, interviewed with the VP of the department. All one on one interviews. I had to drive there 3 times. One of the interviewers exaggerated about the position, and my work environment to make it sound more pleasing. No hard questions and very straight forward. Ask for a tour of the campus. Smile, be happy, and positive.
