The first onsite interviews went pretty well, Although I was not informed of 3 different buildings on location. Each separate interview continued to run over on time, so I was unable to spend as much time with some members of the leadership team. The President seemed as if he was distracted, but the rest of the leadership team was very engaged. Overall, my first interviews went well. I had a total of 5 interviews with the team, and was feeling confident about the position. After 3 days, I received a phone call from an admin stating she had no feedback for me and they were simply going with another candidate.
