Received a call from Tremco the day I applied for the position, conversation went for 45 minutes, everything felt great, recruiter told me about the next steps and that I had his "vote of confidence" moving forward (whatever that means). I heard nothing from Tremco following, and 10 weeks later received a rejection email. I guess the "vote of confidence" didn't get me anything other than being ghosted. This kind of red flag shows it wasn't a good fit, anyways, so I am posting as a warning - if you want an employer that respects your time, stay away.
