Met with RN, physicians, APPs who were currently with the group. Went through standard HR questions towards the end which were more difficult. The rest of the interview was casual and relaxed
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TriHealth (Cincinnati, OH) in Jul 2021
Interview
I had an initial phone screen which was unscheduled, and lasted about 20 minutes. I then had an in-person interview with a panel of three interviewers that lasted a little over an hour.
I was interviewed for a job I was already performing after another employee was fired. I was informed that I would be required to work 7am to 11 am then return for 2pm to 6 pm shift. I offered to do either but not both. The job was then given to someone who did not already work for Trihealth and the hours required were only 7am to 11am (which I had offered to do).
