I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TriNet in Jan 2017
Interview
Was contacted by their recruiter via messaging. Spoke w recruiter, did phone screen, did another phone interview with a manager. Interviewed with a sales manager in the nearby office, then met with the director of the division. Everyone was wonderful to speak to, really sold the company. On the other hand, had me give them references that they checked on, closed me hard, really sold me on position and offered to someone else.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (Reno, NV)
Interview
I had applied for the HR customer support role. 2 weeks later I get an email from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in the client services role “based off my experiences and qualifications I would be a good fit” I was interested. Had phone interview with recruiter, 2 face to face interviews with hiring managers and then phone interview with director. I waited 3 weeks to hear something back. Didn’t get the position but I think it’s unprofessional to have people wait that long and also to offer the position to other people before they decline other people. Get it together!!
