Question 1
Why is TriNet a fit for you right now in your career?
Two executives on the call at the same time. Good cop bad cop type of interview. The reason behind not hiring was due to lack of tech sales experience which was known before the interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TriNet in Sep 2024
Interview
Quick interview process which was nice. 1 phone screening followed by interview with director. The phone screening with the recruiter was more in depth than I expected. She was really nice, positive and enthusiastic. She sent me tons of information/tips before the next interview. The next interview was with the director. So condescending and seemed like she didn’t want to be there right from the start. Told me I didn’t have the experience and should look into an SDR role even though I have been in sales for 6 plus years. I had spent so much time studying and preparing. Such a waste of time.
