First two screening interviews were upbeat and positive, aligned in terms of expectations, job description and next steps. In the third interview with the Hiring Manager there was a completely different experience. It was clear almost immediately that the HM had not prepared for the interview and wanted to spend most of the time talking about my job experience from over 15 years ago.
