I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (Boca Raton, FL) in Jan 2013
Interview
Long, tiring and boring. You arrive and wait to be seen factor about 20 minutes before you are seen. Then you meet the sales manager. My manager took one step further and we went to Dunkin Donuts. We talked about my past experience then what I can bring to the table. It was the most relaxed interview I have ever been on. She basically checked my references, did my background and took advice from the recruiter so I was more or less given the job. The hardest part was the negotiation of salary. Always start higher.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Who do you prefer to meet - the HR person or the VP of Sales or CEO
The interviewers were neither professional nor respectful. Both interviewers were clearly working while they took turns asking me questions from a script. They returned to their work once I started giving answers and showed 0 interest. The VP also asked condescending questions e.g. Do you know what our roles and titles are? with a smirk.
