Each person, from the recruiter to each of the 3 interviewers I met, was professional and easy to speak with. The recruiter reached out to me via LI and I then had two interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, the second was with a colleague within the team. My final interview was a panel interview with the first two interviewers + a more senior team member. I was asked to put together a short exercise and present it to them. Everything about their process was efficient and professional. The short exercise was not too time consuming and I felt I was able to give a good demonstration of my approach.
