Interview
Because I lived out of state, the company was kind and allowed me to participate in a phone interview with the Director of Staffing and the New Grad Director. They asked basic questions like, introduce myself, what qualities are important for my future employer to have, etc.
There were 24 of us split into 3 groups. The 3 groups rotated between the 3 parts of the interview. I interviewed "one-on-one" with 2 nurse leaders from one unit, followed by a peer interview with a nurse from different unit. It ended with a tour around the facility.
