Interview
Peer interview with one staff RN (mine has 18 months experience). Her questions were somewhat difficult. Few of what I had prepared was useful for her. Used a scoring sheet 1-5 point scale and box to write comments.
Leader/higher level manager interview. Two leaders interviewed. Different questions than peer but still difficult. Also used paper with comment box.
Then we toured the hospital.
The overall interview was difficult but the interviewers were very kind.
