I had a phone interview with a recruiter with questions about my interest in the position and my experience. It was followed by an in person interview the same week with a nurse manager and a RN from the unit. They both were nice and respectful. There were no situational questions, only questions about my previous experiences. After the interview, they made me tour the unit.

Panel interview with multiple units, you get to talk to them for about 3 minutes. Then you get offers from each unit that wants to offer you a position. Must have a phone call interview before getting the in person.

Interview
The interview was set up similar to "speed dating," so each person interviewing was able to interview with each unit for 5 mins each, and then transition to the next unit. I liked being able to interview with each unit, but as I now try to weigh my options between offers, I cannot remember which unit was which during interviewing.
