A few easy phone conversations involving basic questions/company details. The first phone call was about 15-25 min, just describing the role, and where you fit into it. Talked about the training involved as well as benefits, and what to expect on the day to day.

I had 3 interviews and waited a week and a half to see if I got the job. I was thrilled to know I did get the job. The process was lengthy. I had 3 interviews that were about 20 minutes long.
Spoke to recruiter then the department manager. I was called into a one on one at the distribution center and scheduled a follow up with a director in Chicago. They rushed me than moved slow.
