I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trilogy Innovations (New Delhi) in Aug 2020
Interview
Company came for on campus hiring, after an off campus national online test. About 6 people were shortlisted. The interview process had 4 rounds. All rounds were practically technical. The process took 1 day to complete.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1st Round: Detailed discussion on projects
2nd Round: 2 coding problems. First problem on bitwise operations and second on graphs and math.
3rd Round: Another detailed discussion of projects with the VP of engineering. Had to defend the design for all projects and suggest ways to overcome shortcomings of each project.
4th Round: An open ended problem to which I had to share approaches to solve it.
The recruitment process started with an Online Assessment (OA) consisting of 4 coding questions ranging from medium to hard difficulty, with some problems being quite complex and dependent on strong DSA concepts. Candidates who cleared the OA proceeded to a Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), followed by multiple interview rounds including a resume/project discussion, a DSA coding interview, and a system design/problem-solving interview. The final stage focused on communication, problem-solving ability, and overall organizational fit
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the coding questions required optimizing an algorithm to handle large input sizes efficiently. The focus was on choosing the right data structure and reducing the time complexity from O(n^2) to O(n log n) or O(n).
It was quite nice actually; the interview went smoothly, the panel was friendly and supportive, the questions were relevant and engaging, and I felt confident expressing my thoughts clearly while maintaining a calm and positive mindset throughout.

Interview
It was tough toal 7 rounds there were and the dsa is tough Trilogy interviews are very practical and performance-based, not just theory.
They usually include:
✅ Aptitude + logical reasoning
✅ Coding / problem-solving test
✅ Real-world simulation tasks
✅ Communication + decision-making scenarios
