Many interactions through phone and email and one interview on-site. Even after the offer, I have received continuous communication with the company, which makes me feel that the people are invested in the selection and onboarding process with a lot of detail.

First we did a HR call that was about 15 minutes to explain the position, then a language test, then we did a manager interview that lasted about one hour with two people.
