Tripadvisor Associate Product Manager, Los Angeles interview questions

There was no interview. Got contacted by a recruiter via email. He did not even take the initiative to call. Handed me a take home assignment - Increase TripAdvisor Things-To Do feature's bottom line conversions by 25% YoY. I worked hard and provided great 4 ideas. Got rejected after following up. The recruiter gave no reason. Probably the product team wanted fresh ideas and they gained ideas from anyone who applied. This is so unfortunate. A prestigious organization like TripAdvisor does cheap things like this. @Hiring Lead - please take note of this unacceptable behavior. Also, I have a copy of this presentation, clearly stating that these ideas belong to me not TripAdvisor. I have copyrights issued. Please don't try to implement these ideas. I will never apply here again. Thank you for showing true nature of this organization at an early stage.
