The HR contact rushed to get me in the door for a position that was pretty far along, I think I was in the office for an on-site within a few business days, which is great. The on-site interview, with 2 different people, overall went well. I felt connected to the people I was chatting with and a strong relevancy to the multiple roles I was brought in for. The interviews wrapped, with promise of next steps or at least communication about such. When I didn't hear back from the HR contact after about a week and half, I reached out. Crickets for almost FOUR additional weeks. When I was told that they wouldn't be moving forward with my application, I asked for feedback as to why (aligned to my resume, skillset or interview style) and am still waiting for that feedback. The people I interviewed with were all very nice and smart, HR contact was the same. But the lack of follow up in a time when email takes just a few minutes to compose, review and send, is a huge deterrent from continuing to speak positively about my interview experience,
