      Marketing Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tripp Lite (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2013

      Interview

The interview process was pretty basic as far as what to expect. Michelle in HR is very pleasant and will make you feel comfortable. They do give you a "basic skills test" which was pretty surprising. You are supposed to complete as much of it as you can in the allotted time, which would make anyone nervous if you're not expecting an impromptu skills test! But, like I said, Michelle was great at making me feel comfortable with it. She didn't make it seem like this test was a 'deal-breaker.'
