The interview process was rather lengthy, including a phone interview, two in person interviews and a practice work assignment. The hiring manager was rather unprofessional the entire time. After completing the assignment (which took several hours), I was told I would be contacted about next steps and then never heard anything back from anyone in the organization, even after following up. The least the company can do is send out a stock rejection. Ghosting people is for high school kids, not professional companies.

An HR person called me for a phone screen after I applied online and invited me for an in-person interview during the same call. I came in about a week later and met with the HR person, the hiring manager, and one other member of the marketing team. At the beginning of the interview I had to take a timed assessment (which all applicants must take). Then the hiring manager came in and performed a pretty standard interview, but at times I felt like she was grilling me pretty hard. She sent in someone from her team who asked me some of the same questions about my skills, and then the hiring manager came back. It was a long interview - I was there for at least 2 hours.
