I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TruGreen (Chattanooga, TN) in Nov 2015
Interview
2 interviews, 1st was with Sales Manager. The 2nd interview was with the General Manger. Both we completed on the same day and and offer was made within 30 mins after i left he 2nd interview
The interview was professional and not terribly long in duration; about 40 minutes. I was surprised to get the initial contact, as the recruiter referenced a resume that I'd placed on CareerBuilder about 18 months previously. That alone made me a little hesitant but I decided to make the trip anyway. If nothing else, it would help me make up my mind without that nagging doubt. As it turns out, making the appointment was the way to go. I didn't wait very long and the questions were relevant and to the point.
