HR reached out to me and then I go through one round with hiring manager to have technical phone screen. The questions are straightforward. 2 days later, I got the offer call from HR.
My suitability for this position is unique. My creativity and art of finance data product design got managers’ recognition. Besides, financial industry has a complex data system and data infrastructure. It also requires a lot of specific domain knowledge to do daily responsibilities. It will takes more than one year to train a new employee to fill this role.
