It was a one sided interview where the candidate will have to record their answers and then submit them. I usually decline companies who interview in this manner especially banking because they tend to have areas in need of improvement when it comes to diversity.

What personal interests do you have outside of work?
it was good, seemed nervous but if you prepare well and be calm you can easily do it. Consistency and patience is key. Have a good understand of your financial concepts along with analytical tools like excel, python or R would help.
It's average interview. but you need to be prepared for it. make sure you know your background and skills. Be prepared and asking people who have done interview before. The interview last about 30-40 mins.
